WOW! WATERSTONE'S
The WOW! FACTORY opened its doors once more, this time in Waterstone's Brighton. On Friday afternoon I set off for the south coast by train from York, with a 15ft painting of a tree rolled up in my travel bag. I also took with me some A4 sheets of coloured sugar paper, wax crayons, felt pens, glue, scissors and big supply of sticky dots (various sizes). The session started at 11am and by lunchtime the WOW! tree was stuffed full of amazing colourful owls and was on display in the Children's Dept., for all to see.
A BIG thank you to everyone who came along and also THANK YOU to Lauren (who runs the Children's Book Club at Waterstone's in Brighton), A.P. (who cooked a fab breakfast) and Ava who took these great photos.
