Nathan Outlaw's first cook book is in the shops now and flying off the shelves - the cover is SO bright you'll have a job not to miss it! I love the boldness of this cover which was designed by Lawrence Morton. Quadrille Publishing commissioned me to create a generic fish for the jacket and here's what I cooked up!
